AIDEJOVEN participa como organización socia en el proyecto europeo “DREAM, BELIVE, ACHIEVE” cuyo objetivo principal es apoyar el desarrollo del emprendimiento juvenil en el sector turístico.

AIDEJOVEN participates as a social organization in the European project "DREAM, BELIVE, ACHIEVE" whose main objective is to support the development of youth entrepreneurship in the tourism sector.

OBJETIVOS

Crear una red y asociaciones a largo plazo entre las organizaciones juveniles en el campo del emprendimiento juvenil.Reunir la experiencia de países menos experimentados y avanzados. –Desarrollar las competencias de los jóvenes y proporcionar recursos que los ayuden a convertirse en empresarios exitosos.Mejorar la comprensión de la competencia del “sentido de iniciativa y emprendimiento” y explorar la relación entre ellos y la empleabilidad.Desarrollar capacidades de las organizaciones involucradas para fomentar el emprendimiento juvenil.Apoyar el desarrollo de ideas emprendedoras.Crear un espacio para el intercambio de conocimiento y mejores prácticas en el campo del aprendizaje empresarial.Fomentar la cooperación internacional en el campo del aprendizaje empresarial.Establecer una red de jóvenes emprendedores.

OBJECTIVES

Create a network and long-term partnerships among youth organizations in the field of youth entrepreneurship. Bring together the experience of less experienced and advanced countries. -Develop the skills of young people and provide resources that help them become successful entrepreneurs.Improve the understanding of the competence of the "sense of initiative and entrepreneurship" and explore the relationship between them and employability.Develop capacities of the organizations involved to promote youth entrepreneurship. ACTIVIDADES DEL PROYECTO

Fase 1: Conferencia sobre emprendimiento juvenil

16 – 19 febrero, 2018 – Yeveran, Armenia

Durante la conferencia los jóvenes tendrán la oportunidad de pensar y desarrollar sus propias ideas empresariales y presentarlas a los expertos participantes con el objetivo de obtener retroalimentación acerca de las fortalezas y debilidades de sus ideas realizar consultas generales sobre cómo planificar adecuadamente y desarrollar más sus ideas. La conferencia se establece como plataforma para la creación de redes y la búsqueda de socios para el desarrollo de proyectos de puesta en marcha en común. Se espera que al final de la conferencia todos los jóvenes participantes conozcan en qué negocio de start-up están interesados, si van a unirse a un grupo con otros jóvenes con ideas similares sobre el inicio de una empresa  y qué investigación necesitará para comenzar a planificar su negocio.

PROJECT ACTIVITIES

Phase 1: Conference on youth entrepreneurship

February 16 - 19, 2018 - Yeveran, Armenia

During the conference, young people will have the opportunity to think and develop their own business ideas and present them to the participating experts in order to obtain feedback about the strengths and weaknesses of their ideas, and to make general inquiries about how to properly plan and develop their ideas. The conference is established as a platform for the creation of networks and the search of partners for the development of joint start-up projects. It is expected that at the end of the conference all the young participants will know which start-up business they are interested in, if they are going to join a group with other young people with similar ideas about the start of a company and what research will be needed to start planning. your business

Fase 2: Curso de capacitación sobre el emprendimiento juvenil

20 – 28 de abril de 2018 – San Benedetto, Italia

Durante el curso de capacitación implementaremos actividades y ejercicios que fortalezcan algunas de las competencias básicas de emprendimiento: creación de equipos, facilitación, comunicación, competencia intercultural, habilidades de pensamiento creativo, planificación comercial e investigación de mercado. Los participantes también tendrán la oportunidad de estudiar los componentes del plan de negocio, realizarán una segunda investigación de mercado y trabajarán en el desarrollo de sus propios planes de negocios, incluida la evaluación de la competencia y el análisis de riesgos, oportunidades de mercado, financieros y humanos requerimientos de recursos. Además del aprendizaje y la parte de trabajo intensivo, se realizarán dos excursiones: uno será un viaje de negocios a una empresa de nueva creación exitosa y el segundo será un día de turismo cultural para aprender sobre la cultura y tradiciones del país de acogida.

Phase 2: Training course on youth entrepreneurship

April 20 - 28, 2018 - San Benedetto, Italy

During the training course we will implement activities and exercises that strengthen some of the basic skills of entrepreneurship: team building, facilitation, communication, intercultural competence, creative thinking skills, commercial planning and market research. Participants will also have the opportunity to study the components of the business plan, conduct a second market research and work on the development of their own business plans, including the evaluation of competition and risk analysis, market opportunities, financial and human resource requirements. In addition to the apprenticeship and the intensive work part, there will be two excursions: one will be a business trip to a successful start-up company and the second will be a day of cultural tourism to learn about the culture and traditions of the host country.

Fase 3: Taller de Emprendimiento Juvenil

27 de julio – 1 de agosto de 2018 – Madrid, España

El taller se centrará en los elementos clave de un plan de negocios, que son la propuesta de valor y la innovación; identificación del mercado y estrategia competitiva; y creación de valor financiero. Los talleres promoverán la participación activa de los jóvenes mediante actividades destinadas a su desarrollo personal y empresarial. Los participantes aprenderán a hacer una presentación y una comunicación exitosa. Además, aprenderán a crear y entregar presentaciones efectivas, tanto escritas como verbales, a inversionistas, clientes, socios y otros.

Phase 3: Youth Entrepreneurship Workshop

July 27 - August 1, 2018 - Madrid, Spain

The workshop will focus on the key elements of a business plan, which are the value proposition and innovation; market identification and competitive strategy; and creation of financial value. The workshops will promote the active participation of young people through activities aimed at their personal and business development. The participants will learn to make a presentation and a successful communication. In addition, they will learn to create and deliver effective presentations, both written and verbal, to investors, clients, partners and others.

Fase 4: Evento de cierre y Conferencia

5 – 7 de octubre de 2018 – Tiflis, Georgia

La conferencia final se llevará a cabo en Georgia y resumirá los logros de los participantes, ya que presentarán sus planes de negocios finales y las acciones que comenzarán cuando regresen a casa para dar vida a sus negocios. Invitaremos a los representantes de autoridades locales, otras ONGs, prensa, empresas turísticas y posibles patrocinadores.

Phase 4: Closing event and Conference

October 5 - 7, 2018 - Tbilisi, Georgia

The final conference will be held in Georgia and will summarize the achievements of the participants, as they will present their final business plans and the actions that will begin when they return home to give life to their businesses. We will invite the representatives of local authorities, other NGOs, the press, tourist companies and possible sponsors.
